Constitution Division Lands the 1,000th!

Say hi to Trenae Simpson, our 1,000th Facebook fan!  Besides being wicked smaht (Boston zing) she is a proud member of Teachers Who Kick It, playing on Sundays in the Constitution Division.

“I signed up for DCKickball because I think it’s a great way to meet people and experience DC. Also, kickball is a fun sport that everyone remembers from their childhood. I’m really happy that I joined!”

I am just super excited about this, and I’m looking forward to seeing how we can make way better use of Facebook (and Twitter and other social services) to really connect our DCKickball community.  Between this summer and fall, we’ve had over 4,300 people kicking balls and drinking beer with us in 2009.  Pretty nice way to celebrate our 5th year!
